Job Description

  • Answering the phone, transfer the calls & taking messages.
  • Receiving the visitors & guests and directing them to the proper employee.
  • Handling the Incoming stamp procedures (Faxes – Letters – E-mail, ….. etc.).
  • Making copies for Incoming & Outgoing (Chrono) as required by Filing System.
  • Keeping proper Archive Files System by maintaining, updating it & filing the Incoming & the Outgoing in:
    • Computer.
    • Proper Company File.
  • Submitting the Incoming (original) to M. D. Technical Office Manager.
  • Submitting the Incoming (copies) to Different Department Secretary.
  • Issuing & distributing reference no. for outgoing correspondences.
  • Drafting, typing & printing correspondences (Faxes, Letters, Memorandums, Reports, Forms, Tables, Sheets, Contracts, Agreements, Presentations, ….. etc.) for Finance & Admin. Department & different departments.
  • Sending correspondences by Fax, E-mail, Mail & Courier.
  • Delegate work to messengers.

Required Qualification

Suitable B. Sc , at least 2 years in secretarial works & reception. Good user of Microsoft,  good command of English, and high typing skills.
